Why should I hire GCE over a consulting firm?
You keep control of the project, You pay fees only if there is a successful result, you save money, you only use GCE people that you need to get the job done, and you can hire them at any point in the process of your project.

Does GCE have deep subject matter expertise or just consultants with process skills?
Yes, our affiliates and collaborators include ex CEOs, CFOs, CROs, CIOs, Chairman and all manner of specialist professions including Real Estate investors, Commodity Traders, Private Lenders, Suppliers, Lawyers,Leadership coaches and many others.

How can I start working on a specific project with GCE?
Email or call us with your requirements, executive summary and or Request for quote. One of our staff will clarify and confirm your request and will send you the details of the collaboration and or consultancy agreement.

How do you manage quality?

The first tier requires friends and long time collaborators and partners to join us as affiliates. We are effectively commiting to investing in on-going professional development and training.

If someone wants to work with us as an affifiate, they then undergo a custom process of C.V. screening, interviews with leaders of the company, and reference checks to achieve affiliate status. They can then availa themselves of world-class consulting tools to further improve their delivery quality and services.

We also perform the selection of the optimal candidate for our company by using our own quality hiring processes.

The quality survey which is completed by clients at the end of the project is also used to further refine our business model and help us to continue giving the best services as possible.

How much does GCE charge?

The Fee in based on results only. There is no upfront fees. The Client will pay a fee to GCE Global or assigns only if there is a successful deal/transaction and upon a signed fee agreement between GCE and the Client. The Fee is usually between 0,5% – 3% of the total amount of the deal/project or transaction.

So, the cost to the client during the project is 0$. This is very less than the typical rate for a similarly experienced and skilled consulting or subject matter resource.

Can GCE handle large projects?
Yes, we regularly respond to clients with large projects and that is our expertise.

We are interested in projects of $25,000,000.00 and up to 5 Billion in value.

Many clients have GCE Global working for them on a yearly basis at no cost by receiving good investment opportunities that fit their criteria. If the clients decides to take advantage of an opportunity presented by GCE, then a fee will be paid at closing.

Do you work with other consultants?
Yes, we work in collaboration with other consultants, brokers, attorneys, etc.

What happens if I am already working at a client when I join GCE Global (GCE)?
We make an exception for that specific client so you don’t have to pay GCE anything for existing sold work or direct extensions.

Does GCE become my employer?
No, you can join another network, you can operate under your own name and sell your services under your own steam but If we find out you are using or disclosing the GCE brand in your proposals but not advising us of a potential closing then we will likely remove you from the partnership – collaboration.

Can I work part time?
Yes, the more senior you are the more likely it is you can split your work across multiple clients or balance work with other responsibilities.

What happens to my existing business?
You should continue to pursue your current business. You decide whether to use the GCE brand, or your own brand, or both when going to market. If you use your own brand, then you keep 100% of your fee. When you use both brands or just our brand, we charge a modest percentage but like other affiliates you should see both a higher conversion rate and bigger projects through our leverage model.

What about my existing clients?
You simply list any client teams that you have generated work from in the past 12 months and we will exempt them (even if you use our brand).

What if one of my clients calls GCE direct?
If a client on your exemption list calls us then we will point out their position on your list and ask whether they should be calling you directly. If they choose to proceed with our process, then we will let you know and implement our normal process and charge accordingly.

I am selling enough of my own work and network, what can I expect from GCE ?
Affiliates and collaborators who are working with GCE tell us that they like three things the most:

  1. The Brand. High quality services. Good corporate values and worldwide clients.
  2. Access to a larger pool of high quality partners, collaborators and affiliates to staff their busy projects.
  3. Ability to monetise referrals where they have no interest in executing;
  4. Access to scale report production and research capabilities.
  5. Ability of closing deals and fast payment.

What if I want to hire another consultant to help me?
We treat you as a client and you can work with the team you want as long as it respect the company’s Brand and the core values. GCE prefers to work with a paymaster who will then take care of paying the people or other consultant he needs to hire to achieve his goal and results.
